Our engineers have supported environments from 5 users up to 3500 users. This exposure has been both pro-active and reactive, to a number of institutions. We sometimes assume full support of an environment or we are employed as additional support to supplement the internal IT Support.

We have engineers who have specialist skills in MYSQL and Unix/Linux.
